| 28-03-16 Black 5 45428 stopped for wash-out, so D7628 will be working two trips from Grosmont to Whitby and 37264 will be doing two round trips off Pickering for the next few days. |
| 21-03-16 Black 5 45428 had to be pulled for examination at Grosmont this lunch time, resulting in class 25 D7628 working its train to Whitby and back. Then kettle 76079 failed on 1T13, meaning 45428 had to take over its duties, so the 25 worked the rest of the black 5's turn and has ended up in Pickering tonight :-) |
| 19-03-16 Some changes have been made to the loco workings on Sundays this year, with the result that, contrary to what the published timetable states, MOST Sundays will now be 100% kettle-worked (shown as grey dates). Very few silver dates remain, and even these are only booked for 2G04 to be diesel-hauled, with all other services gifted to the kettle fleet. |
